Client Testimonials

Here's what some satisfied clients have to say:

Stacie was at all times professional, clear in presenting options available to me, and patient in answering any questions I had. I was completely unprepared to deal with insurance companies, the police, hospitals, billing departments...and I didn't have to! Stacie managed all the intricate legal aspects, communications, form-filling etc. As a cyclist herself she fully understands the pleasures and risks involved in bike-commuting, and exhibited a level of understanding and compassion regarding my accident that was genuine and greatly appreciated.

I hired Stacie Bain to represent my case after being struck by a car while riding my bicycle. It was clearly the best decision I made in an otherwise dreadful situation. Stacie is at all times professional, compassionate and a tenacious advocate for her client - me! I could not be more pleased with her representation of my case or the settlement I received. I wholeheartedly recommend Stacie Bain to represent your personal injury case!

Stacie was amazing. I'm so glad she represented me. First, because she won - I got a much larger settlement than I thought I would, and I think that's because Stacie genuinely cared. Secondly, because mine wasn't an easy case. I was hit by a driver that ran, and tracking them down - and then their insurance company - took a lot of doing. But Stacie took the case anyway and overcame the obstacles, which is why I have a settlement at all. Thirdly, because of her compassion. I met with her months after the accident but my emotions were still raw. The last thing I wanted was to feel like I was being victimized again, or treated as just another number. And when she told me that the expenses for the case would be coming out of my end of any eventual settlement, I thought that was unfair. But she explained that's the way things were done in Washington, and I later confirmed this on my own - it would have been impossible for her to make any other arrangement. And yet, because I was concerned, she tried to keep the expenses as low as possible - as low as they possibly could have been. Stacie also kept me informed about the case and her work on it, and I always felt like I was being treated with care, and like a human being. She didn't just get me a settlement. She made me feel like I deserved justice, and, now that it's settled, like justice was done. I can't thank her enough.

All aspects of my case were handled to the extent that my stress level was not a factor. Each step was explained and all decisions were cleared with me prior to any actions taken. The very reason I hired an attorney was to eliminate the hassle of dealing with insurance reps and doctors billing departments so doing it any other way is out of the question. The professionalism, experience and expertise required to guide clients through this potentially emotional and strained period is a must -her work is highly commendable and my choice in working with Stacie has proven to be a wise move in every way. My case couldn't have been resolved with a better result. If you need a caring person on your side to take charge of your case you will not be disappointed when selecting Stacie Bain to do battle with, I am confident that if we went to court we would have fared very well, too!

Thanks so much for all your diligent work on my behalf. This whole process has been quite an experience! Here's hoping I never have one like it again; but if I do, I'd certainly want you representing me.

Thanks for all your help through this process. You've made an otherwise stressful situation relatively easy and allowed me to place my focus where it needs to be: work and family. I would not hesitate in recommending you to others who have been in bicycle-car collisions. You've been thoughtful, professional, accommodating, and generally great to work with from day 1. You took care of all the important aspects of the case over the past few months, but kept me in the loop the entire time (at my request). Your hard work made this an easy process, and I'd be happy to recommend you to other injured cyclists.

I got hit on my bike right after I moved to Seattle. Everything in my life was crushed and intensified by the experience. I had barely been working a month when the accident happened. I didn’t even know the street names yet. After Stacie settled my case, everything came around full circle. I’m now relatively healthy and healed and, best of all, I’m debt free! Thanks, Stacie, for everything you’ve done to help my case – all the extra time and effort, the heart you put into what you do.

Stacie helped me throughout the entire process. When I didn't feel I was given the correct compensation from an insurance company after an accident, I sought a second opinion. The whole process took a few years and after graduating from college, time was scarce while trying to build a career. Stacie helped to work around my schedule and make time for me. She helped me maintain a normal life, never having to focus on the accident that had already passed. Even though it took a few years to get to a settlement, it was never an sweat off my back. I have complete confidence in Stacie's abilities and will refer her to anybody with my complete support. Thank you Stacie, for all your help. :)

I hired Stacie to be my lawyer after I got injured in an accident. I had never been in an accident before and I did not know what to do. After sitting and talking with Stacie I felt much better about what was going to happen. I gave her the info about my accident and she then told me all I need to worry about was getting better. After serveral months of physical therapy and getting back to 100% I met back with Stacie. She took care of everything, getting my wage compensation taken care of, getting my physical therapy and doctors bills paid for, help with my property damage claim and getting my settlement to me. From day one Stacie took care of everything and took a very scary situation and made it very easy for me.

I got doored on my bike while riding to work. I never expected that a negative experience like a bike accident could turn into an opportunity to become debt free. Funny how the world works. I can’t thank Stacie enough for all the work she did on my case! She always took the time to explain everything to me and I walked away knowing she did a great job on my case.

There is no way to overstate the proficiency, the caring attitude, or the genuine advocacy I received at the hands of Ms. Bain. Several years ago, someone ran a red light and plowed into my car, causing me brain damage, multiple injuries and rendering me virtually unable to cope. When counselors ruled my condition PTSD, but therapy wasn't really addressing my brand new emotional discontrol, it was Stacie that realized I had a TBI, and that I needed to see some specialists. I am not the person I was, but I can now function at a much higher capacity than I could before my lawyer, of all people, helped me get the care I needed. Besides that, my case settled without my ever having to testify, saving me a lot of stress and scrutiny that would no doubt be incredibly difficult for me - and awarding me the policy limit that will allow me (someone with only catastrophic insurance) to afford to continue to seek treatment and not go into debt. Stacie was there every step of the way, often emailing me or calling me just to see how I was doing. I can honestly say that I feel like she saved my life. THIS IS THE LAWYER YOU WANT ON YOUR SIDE.

I was incredibly pleased with Stacie's knowledge, skill, handling, and communication. I also felt like she really cared about me and my story and how the accident affected my life. She is very personable, yet very professional. When you call, she answers the phone, and will talk to you, unlike most lawyers, to whom you must first go through several layers of secretaries and paralegals. She worked with me and guided me through a process over two years that led to a successful arbitration outcome. I highly recommend Stacie Bain if you have been injured in a bike accident.
